Access to the Service is sourced from independent Third-Party Providers. We do not host, own or control the underlying video streams. Our role is to sell and administer the Subscription — nothing more, and nothing less. Access to the Service is reserved for adults. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence before purchasing a Subscription or activating a Trial.

By purchasing a full Subscription, you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to evaluate the Service during the trial period first. Get full clarity before you buy. The 24-hour trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the Service — channel quality, device compatibility and content library — before committing to a full Subscription.
Because that evaluation opportunity is provided upfront, full Subscriptions are not refundable by default. This is our standard position, not an absolute one: we may issue a refund at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. A refund issued in one case creates no entitlement in any other case, and no pattern of discretionary refunds modifies this default.

Watch on your own terms — within the boundaries of personal use. The Service is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to resell, redistribute, publicly exhibit or rebroadcast any part of the Service, and not to share your credentials outside your household.
Any violation of this section results in immediate termination of your Subscription without refund. We monitor for resale and credential-sharing activity, and accounts found in breach may be suspended pending review.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zenflix, its owners and operators from any claims, damages, fines, penalties or legal action arising from your use of the Service. This includes violations of local broadcasting or streaming law in your jurisdiction, copyright claims tied to your specific use, and third-party claims resulting from activity on your account.
This obligation survives termination of your Subscription and remains in effect for as long as any related claim may be brought.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current Subscription. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including legal consequences you face in your jurisdiction, service interruptions, or changes to content availability.
Access to the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Enjoy a broad and evolving catalogue, with the understanding that lineups shift. Channel lineups, content availability and uptime are not guaranteed and may change without notice as Third-Party Providers update their offerings.
Where an uptime target of 99.9% is referenced, it is presented as a target rather than a contractual guarantee. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, upstream provider changes and network conditions outside our control may affect availability.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or resale activity, without refund. Termination may be immediate where the breach is serious or where continued access would expose us or other customers to risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where we determine otherwise at our sole discretion under the Refunds section above.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://zenflix.shop/privacy. It explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you under the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the CCPA.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the European Union (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and the United States (CCPA, DMCA 17 U.S.C. § 512).
If a dispute arises, raise it with us first at contact@zenflix.shop so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Nothing in these Terms waives any statutory consumer right available to you, and nothing here limits your ability to bring a claim before a competent authority in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our practices or applicable law. When we do, we revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify active customers by email or through a notice on https://zenflix.shop.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the Service before it takes effect.
