Get in Touch

Welcome to the Zenflix support desk. We are here to help you get the most from the Service, whether you are setting up a Subscription for the first time or troubleshooting playback on an existing plan.

Discover a support team that treats every enquiry as a priority. Our Service delivers 22,000+ live channels, a 41,000+ VOD library and 3,400+ TV series, and when something needs attention, you get a direct line to the people who run the platform — not a call centre reading from a script.

Access help for every supported setup: Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC/Mac, Firestick and Roku, across players such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IPTV Extreme Pro and DUPLEX IPTV.

Email Support

Enjoy responsive assistance by writing to contact@zenflix.shop. This is the fastest route to our team and the channel we monitor most closely.

Experience an expected response time of within 24 hours. Most enquiries about activation, device configuration or stream quality are answered well inside that window, and complex technical cases are escalated to a specialist rather than left waiting.

Get in touch from the email address linked to your Subscription wherever possible. It lets us locate your account immediately and skips a round of verification questions.

Before You Contact Us

Benefit from a faster resolution by including the essentials in your first message. A complete report usually means a complete answer in a single reply.

Watch how much time you save when our team has everything up front. Screenshots of error messages, the exact time an issue occurred and the steps you already tried all help us diagnose the cause without a back-and-forth exchange.

What to send us

  1. Account email — the address used when the Subscription was purchased.
  2. Device type — Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC/Mac, Firestick or Roku.
  3. IPTV app in use — for example TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IPTV Extreme Pro or DUPLEX IPTV.
  4. A clear description of the issue — what you expected, what happened instead, and when it started.

Access quicker answers by noting your internet connection type and speed where the problem is buffering or picture quality. Mentioning whether the issue affects all channels or a single category also narrows things down fast.

Complaints and Disputes

Experience a fair, documented process for every complaint. We ask that all complaints and payment disputes come to contact@zenflix.shop first, before any chargeback is filed with your bank or card provider.

Discover why this matters: a message to our team lets us review the account, explain what happened and, where appropriate, resolve the matter directly. A chargeback filed without contacting us first removes that opportunity and slows everything down.

How to raise a complaint

  1. Email contact@zenflix.shop from your account address with the subject line “Complaint”.
  2. Include your account email, device type, IPTV app and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach any relevant evidence — screenshots, error messages or timestamps.
  4. Allow us the expected response time of within 24 hours to acknowledge and review your case.

Benefit from a clear position on billing: the default position is that payments are non-refundable, and any refund is reserved to our sole discretion. The 24-hour trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a Subscription.

Get a straight answer on the scope of the Service as well. We are the seller of record for the Subscription and we do not host, own or control the streams, which are sourced from independent Third-Party Providers. Where a complaint concerns stream availability, we will investigate and act on what sits within our control.

Watch for one important limit: we cannot advise you on whether accessing IPTV content is permitted in your country. That determination is yours to make through your own research into the laws that apply where you live.
