Nature of Our Service

Discover the exact scope of what Zenflix provides. Zenflix sells Subscriptions granting access to live TV channels, VOD titles and series delivered by independent Third-Party Providers. We do not host, store, transcode, cache or broadcast media content on our own infrastructure. We cannot add, remove or modify individual channels, streams or catalogue entries within third-party sources, and we do not own or control the servers that transmit them.

Experience a service built on access, not content ownership. Our role is limited to selling and provisioning Subscription credentials — including the 24-hour trial and the Standard €48/year plan — and to supporting playback across Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC/Mac, Firestick and Roku through compatible apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IPTV Extreme Pro and DUPLEX IPTV. We do not operate a designated copyright agent, we are not registered with any copyright office, and we assert no statutory classification or safe-harbour status of any kind.

Our Commitment

Access a provider that takes intellectual property concerns seriously. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright infringement notices as a matter of policy and practice. This commitment describes how we operate — it is not a claim of legal status, registration or statutory protection.

Benefit from a clear, documented process. When a rights owner or an authorised representative submits a compliant notice, we review it, act on identified sources where warranted, and forward it upstream where possible. Our 99.9% uptime target and 22,000+ live channels, 41,000+ VOD titles and 3,400+ series are delivered through Third-Party Providers, so our enforcement levers are contractual and operational rather than editorial.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

Get your notice to the right place the first time. Send a complete copyright notice to contact@zenflix.shop. Incomplete submissions may slow our review, so include every element below.

Required Elements of Your Notice

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — title, type of work, and registration details where available.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material — the channel or source name, the timestamp of the observed transmission, and the URL or in-app location where applicable, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information — full name, organisation, postal address, telephone number and a monitored email address.
  4. A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

These elements reflect the notice format set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Referencing that format describes the required content of a notice only — it asserts nothing about our own legal status, registration or classification.

Note to Complainants

Understand where takedown action actually belongs. Because we do not host content, the appropriate parties for removal are the upstream stream operators and their CDN providers — those are the entities that hold, transmit and can delete the material. Notices sent only to us cannot remove a stream at its source.

Watch us route your request efficiently. Where a notice is valid and identifies a specific upstream source, we forward it to the relevant Third-Party Provider where possible and disable access to the identified source within our own Service where warranted. We keep records of notices received, the action taken, and the date of resolution, and we cooperate with legitimate rights-holder requests concerning Subscriptions sold on https://zenflix.shop.

Our Response Procedure

Access a predictable review timeline. We review copyright notices within 72 hours of receipt at contact@zenflix.shop and confirm receipt where a monitored return address is supplied.

What Happens After Review

Discover a process that is documented end to end. Response times may extend where a notice is incomplete, overbroad, or concerns content we neither host nor control.

Counter-Notification

Experience a fair route to challenge a takedown. If your access to an identified source within the Service was disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@zenflix.shop.

What Your Counter-Notification Must Contain

  1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and the email address associated with your Subscription.
  2. Identification of the source that was disabled and the date access was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the European Union and the United States, as applicable to your Subscription and to Zenflix.
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant or the complainant's authorised agent.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Get clarity on what happens next. We review counter-notifications within 72 hours, forward valid ones to the original complainant and the relevant Third-Party Provider where possible, and may restore access to the identified source where the upstream operator confirms the removal was in error. Submitting a counter-notification does not guarantee restoration, and it does not create any entitlement to a refund, credit or extension of your Subscription.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Enjoy a Service that enforces its rules consistently. Accounts associated with repeated verified infringement are terminated. We track notices, counter-notifications and determinations against Subscription records, and we apply this policy regardless of plan type or remaining term.

How We Apply This Policy

Benefit from a policy that protects the platform for everyone. Termination under this section is a contractual enforcement measure, not a legal determination of infringement, and it does not affect any statutory right you may hold under applicable law. Legality of IPTV access varies by country — you are responsible for researching and complying with the rules that apply where you live and where you use the Service.
